
Nicholas Koomson is the head of operations, monitoring and evaluation at Lead commodities. He is an adjunct Lecturer at the Global Professional Institute (ICM-UK). Nicholas started as a depot keeper and later assumed the position of a district manager at Dio Jean Company limited, he later joined NYONKOPA Cocoa (Barry Callebaut group) as a district manager where he worked on many cocoa certification projects. From his versatile, dynamic and proactive approach to handling real operational issues, he has vast knowledge in the commodity supply chain business. His skills are a combination of sustainability and cocoa sourcing with a proven track record of meeting demand goals.
Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast business school. Prior to that, he pursued a bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast business school. As a business-oriented person, he had his postgraduate training course in management from the Graduate Training Institute in Accra-Ghana. Nicholas Koomson also completed Antoa Senior Secondary where he offered general science as a discipline.
